You can also give your vote to a proxy which will help us ensure a quorum.
* Currently we have at least one candidate for each position. If additional nominations are received there will be a vote for any contested position.
Nominations are open for the positions listed.
There are also committee positions available on Youth, HunTer Fondo, CX, and of course we always are looking for ride leaders.
Changes to the By-laws

1 - Allow the board to waive the fees of Directors. We are adding the following clause to 8.03
Waiver of fees
8.03 The Board may waive the membership fee for any person, under such conditions as it may from time-to-time determine. Notwithstanding 8.01, the board may waive the membership fees of Directors and officials of the corporation.
Explanation: It has been very difficult to recruit members to key positions on the board. We wanted to include board members and committee chairs to receive the same privilege as Ride Leaders.
